I think, i am quite lost in this new music generation since 2-3 years ago. I must admit that since the massive expansion of RnB, which to me is a lethal poison to music world, i listened to Indonesian music more. It's not bad at all, in fact, some are even better than their peers outside. Now, rock bands from UK, Europe, US, tend to simplify their music,less melodious, less "complicated", just to make it easy-listening. Well to me, to make it easy listening, you must work hard to create songs.
Gosh, i really wish bands like Dream Theatre, Skid Row, Deff Leppard, come to surface again.

You should try Train (I think they're the next big thing). Devilishly hopes they won't become "that" big, because then their music will be altered and get too commercial.
